Where to show the turnover related to services provided by GTA that are to be taxed on RCM basis in GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B of GTA..?

under 3b outward Taxable supply other than zero and nil rated i.e under table 3.1

Is amount of liability is to be shown or not as the same will not be paid by the GTA
