Shop is related to sale of GOODS
but contract is in the nature of Service you must take another registration too.
If You have taken composition scheme for Shop than you convert in regular scheme and add new service in nature of Service
FIRST OF ALL IF YOU ARE REGULAR THEN EDIT IN CERTIFICATE
IF IT IS COMPOSITION THEN GO FOR REGULAR THEN EDIT
