we have a gst registration of electrical propriter for shop and i also apply for pwd contractor pls tell we need for another gst registration for pwd contrat work or not

Shop is related to sale of GOODS
but contract is in the nature of Service you must take another registration too.
yes shop for sale purchases
you can add new service in the same registration, if you dont want to take another registration, it is possible under gst law
If You have taken composition scheme for Shop than you convert in regular scheme and add new service in nature of Service
FIRST OF ALL IF YOU ARE REGULAR THEN EDIT IN CERTIFICATE
IF IT IS COMPOSITION THEN GO FOR REGULAR THEN EDIT
