i want to know the following:-
1. if a party registration application is rejected due to wrongly document submission , can he apply for new registration ?
2. which documents are legal ownership document for gst registration purpose :-
a) trade license
b) fire service license
c) explosives license
actualy i was going to make a new registration of an individual of a proprietorship concern. when filling up principle place of business it asked me whether it is owned or rented? when silecting "ownership" , it asked for legal ownership document/electric bill/ tax paid receipt/municiple khata copy. but the above party has no such document except trade license, fire service license , explossive license. so i asked the above question?
actualy the principle place of business belongs to ------
case 1 his father who is no more and he has four brother.
