regarding form 107
while submittting form 107 is it necessary to submit form 108 for the extended period.

dude, you can submit form 107 and 108 simultaneously OR first submit 107 then 108.... but it would be better to submit simultaneously... then you only have to wait for leter for completion and reregistration letter from the institute...
no, it is not necessary, bcoz once you have submitted form no 108 you need not to submit again and again. i have recently faced the same problem in which i have to served 33days of excess leave.
