sir, There is a company whose annual turnover for 15-16 is less than Rs.1 crore.
Is it necessary to file 3 CA & 3 CD and accordingly submit to IT SITE?

Without tax audit no need...
In case the Tax Audit ll be conducted then 3CA & CD is required under Tax Audit...!

Yes sir u are right but here since the turnover is less than Rs 1crore so the concern is not reqd to get its accounts audited under sec44AB and hence no 3CA and 3CD is reqd to be furnished

As per rule no need...
But, Some times the accounts ll be audited voluntary requirements...
