Regarding companies act applicability

I have two queries:

1. whether there are same changes due to the companies act in company law of ipcc and the company law of cs executive for ipcc dec 2014

2. i have sangeet kedia books of all subjects of cs executives  dec 2013 , which books i should necessrialy change due to applicability of companies act , 2013 my attempt is dec-2014
