Whether transfer of articleship within 1 yr requires submission of form 109 with the ICAI and does it require the sign of exisitng principal.???Please reply.

Yes trf within 1 yr requires u to fill form 109 n submit it to da instit.. Duly signed frm ur principal... Without da sign of ur existing principal on form 109 ur transfer will not be accepted..
