Reg HRA Exemption

no     . i have not heard about this

No circular is ther on this subject in my knowledge.

Many of the employer are asking about this but there is no mandatory word.

Kindly do inform if come to know about this type of circular.....

no circular is available on ibid requirement.

However, it is requirement of the employer to verify the genuiness of rent receipt furnished by the employee before allowing any exemption/deduction.

At present there is no circular.

As on Date there is no circular to obtain PAN no of landlord for HRA exemption.However, some organisation to establish the authenticity of the landord have administatevily required to submit PAN no of landlord.
