I currently work in a reasonably well know firm in Bangalore.
My Principal has refused to give me more that 3 weeks leave to answer my PCC in November. Is there any remedy available from the Institute?

IS IT YOUR FIRST ATTEMPT OR SECOND ATTEMPT?
FIRST MEANS U HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK 3 FULL MONTHS!

You are in a position to request your principle in humble manner or contact ICAI for help!.
(Its better you contact ICAI).
