Refusal by principal

Hello everyone, I am sharing my incidence with u oll and please suggest me to overcome this issue.? I am serving last 6 months of my articleship. and recently my principal argued with me on late coming at office. And he told me to get out of office. and he mailed me that " YOUR ARTICLESHIP HAS BEEN CANCELED". I went to office but he is not allowing me to come and work. And he wrote an letter to institute that "MY ARTICLESHIP IS CANCELLED". HE IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO COME OFFICE AND ALSO NOT SIGNING FORM 109. I enquired at ICAI office they told that either you have to continue under his employment or give an application for transfer accompained by " No Objection Certificate " signed by your principal.
