Can any body pls tell me,
1. Whether we will be entitled get SAD refund after the expiry of one year time from the date of TR6 challan.
2. If yes, what is the procedureto be followed to claim SAD refund

Refund is possible only for PAYMENT WITHIN ONE YEAR from the date of payment of Duty.Pls get in touch with me if you require a regular service for filing refund application-9810713305
As mentioned by Mr Prakash, time limit of claiming SAD exemption is 1 year from the date of payment of duty ie 1 year from the date of TR - 6 challan. There are no express provisions to suggest that the claimant would be able to request for additional time in case of any genuine problem due to which refund claim couldnot be filed within the due date.
