Refund of fees paid twice

Hi guys  

while registering for intermediate , the fee amount has been deducted twice from my bank account . first time  the desktop showed that there were some technical errors , so tried again then it was successful . but the amount has been deducted twice from my account separately and the secound registration was successful and has been approved . so will i get the refund of my first transaction and what are the procedures for it . some one pls help me in this issue. i have also attached the photo of the unsuccessful transanction
