Dear All, Please refer to old Form No.1 Part -B 'Computation of Income & Tax thereon' point No. 28,29,,30,31 and 32 take hypothetical figures and calculate minutely you can calculate the refund of excess dividend distribution tax.I will comment upon New Form No. ITR 6 later. Why search for any circular or a specific section.
