Refund not issued- FY 21-22
My refund for FY 21-22 is not issued because of tax credit mismatch.. The FY in which tds deducted shows 2020. Hence tds was not considered in processing. The return was processed with no demand and no refund. There is no difference other than this. Is there any way out to get this refund

Whether ITR was filed for AY 2020-21?
If no, file it u/s. 119(2b) IT act after getting permission from ITO.
If refund not issued you cannot follow Sec 119(2b)
