Refund issue

My roi for a.y.19-20 is processed by cpc n refund is determined. After checking refund status, it is seen that refund amount is credited to bank account.
However, on checking the bank statement, it is observed that the said amount is not credited to my bank account.
On verification of details with me, it is seen that while filing roi, i hv inadvertently, mentioned wrong account number(one digit wrong)
On calling sbi toll free number, they hv asked to file grievance against cpc.
On filing grievance, cpc resolved the same mentioing that refund is credited to bk a/c n for further queries contact sbi number
What is the remedy available
