Due to failure of bank validation income tax portal showing refund is awaited.
I have added a new bank account with successful validation and that account is now nominated for refund.this new account details is not present in ITR.So whether I need to revise the income tax return?
or automatically refund gets credited to new bank account.

You have to revise the return
Simply, file ;Refund Reissue Request' with new bank account details......
Revision of ITR is not required.
You just need to raise refund reissue request with new bank account from services menu

No issues with the Bank validation, Please let me know what needs to be done.

Present is different as refund is not failed.
Refund reissue has no relevance at this moment for this query.
Just need to validate new account. She may file grievance to know the status after new account validation
