no such notification is out till now... u will get update when it will be launch officially.... till time no notitfication

the same news was in punjab kesari , dainik hindustaan , aaj ki khabar , vishva maanav and many other B-grade newspapers. I wonder from where u people get such news ....
please ignore such stupid rumours .....
