Rectification filed wrong
Will department will give chance for another rectification if it filed wrong due to clerical error..?? . I.e relief u/s 91 is wrongly posted in relief u/s 89.

Yes..If it is for AY-2022-23 then you may file revised return instead of rectification
It is for AY 21-22.
Rectification can be filed any number of times within the prescribed time limit
You can file rectification number of times
If it is for AY-2021-22 then you may use updated return instead of rectification.
Updated return available only in case of increase in return income and tax not for relief and reduction in income
