Recommendation for ca exam

please comment on the following points of recommendations

1. conducting examination 4 times a year instead of 2 times a year.   - this will give double the present opportunity for a CA Student for his Dreams.

2. CA Exam Subjects to be split into a group of two subjects each instead of three or four in a grouop.  This will ensure that even if a CA Student gets 50 marks average in two subjects he will clear.
