1. Yes. It can be clubbed together.
2. No. Online payment/receipt is cashless transaction.
For all other ITR related defects...... use latest upgraded version of ITR utility released on 07/07/2018 by CBDT. Old version ITRs will not be uploaded now.
Yes. In ITR 3, its total transaction, no distiction between Cash or digital.
