I ve enrolled CA course on 2014, after that i couldnt continue due to my personal situation. I would like to continue now. Is there any possibility to continue with existing registration or should i enroll again?

yes u can cotinue.. but i think u may have to go fo revalidation. It will be better if u contact ICAI's regional office
