C A is not a Degree course it is a Professional Course Like M.B.B.S .

I Know it is a professinal cource , but the problem is how to servive is simple averge student who want to do someting in his life.

How can he spend 3.5 year with that amount ( max 1500.00) and working like a emploee.

you mean If a poor man want to study than CA in not for him.

How can he study in 4 hours ( after working 10 hours ) from where he get the energy.

In CA field most of the CA had called on sunday also.

Me myself a CWA  my training period is also 3 year but the remm is 3500 to 5000. Atlest i can manage my personal & travelling exp.

But the CA student can not manage their Travelling Exp. Most of my friends had left CA because of that reason.

Every Student Already Know about This course Before his joining  . Every person know that C.A Results  is between 1-10%. I Donot know why student join this course . Where passing prbablity is just 10 percent.

my question is regaring Haresment of CA

and no action taken by the Institute

Institute increase the Fees of CA cource every year due to "inflation " what about Article Remuneration which is still 1000 from last 10 years

and if any student take dummey then the institute will ready to take action.

if CA harrase the Student taking work like employee that institute did nothing,  

can we take excess hrs credit of whatever work done above 35 hrs per week in leave calculations?

As per institute guildlines we can take credit of excess hours work but these are only guildlines, nobody obey them

ya we can take credit of excess work aur agar me apna bataon to excess se hi meri 1 year ki training hui h jo 1.5 yr ke equal h bt we cant do anything abt this.......

ya itz a very big problem.............institute should do something in this regard................

Our institute should increase the stipend rules............. its high time.........

As per my knowledge, NICASA deals with problems of CA students. Try to get the mail ID of NICASA and share your problem with them. they could give you a better solution.

But i would suggest you that talk to your CA and discuss ur problem with him, i have rarely seen any cases where institute has heard the problems of CA students. 

If any of the above way don't help u, then the last option is after getting ur examination form signed by the CA, dont go to the office. ( but keep ur records of attending the office for more than 35 hours a week safely with urself)

Hey people........... This is a endless problem.......... Lakhs of people have already spoken about this and go carry on their work....... My only suggession is work work and work........ And try to learn as much as u can, while working...... Afterall u are not doing any work which is in no way related to yr studies......... No other option...... We have to struggle....... The only satisfaction we get is we learnt something at the end.......... All know that they are squezing us...... What to do? Just try to  Make the environment favorable for u and keep enjoying......... tackle all these with a smile men.......

i would say dnt go for big firms wer u hav to work like a donkey...experience is needed but for an average student it is very difficult to study after long hours of work...myself terminated from a firm in chennai bcos there was so much work and i cudn study staying in hostel..i joined a small firm near my home...l cleared CA in my first attempt....those having high IQ will tell u dat experience is needed and blah blah but dnt listen to dat..after passing u cud join sm firm for experience dats enuf...study first..i m telling this for average students who require more time for studying..

 Ya but tumhare time par to transfer allow tha . Abhi to vo bhi allow nahi hai!!!! Stedents jaaye to kaha jaye?????????
