reaching to taxable limit due to amt rcvd from 7th pay commission
the limit of a pensioner reached to taxable limit after amt of pension rcvd of 7th pay commission in f y 2017 -18, does anything can be done to get any relief..

Yes, relief can be claimed u/s. 89(1) of the act, for the arrears received of earlier years....

but which year will be taken as accrual year of 7th pay commission??
As per form 16 .....
but form 16 does not mention year wise accrued amt of such payment
You need to contact you employer for year wise break up.
but my client is a semi govt employee, how will he arrange this requirement?
