Hey frnds is there any provision to re register in articles. I m in my 1st yr of articleship. I m an IPCC student. I asked for transfer but my employer denied so i have to continue in this HELL.. is there any provision wer i can register again under another employer whether its increases my Articleship period I dont really care............IS THERE ANY SUCH CLAUSE????

You need your current Principal's approval in any case. Continue pestering him, and sooner or later he'll agree. ;)

u can take transfer in same city in 1st year of articleship after that condition apply & not in 50 km radious . Take decision soon

Any CA will not agree for a transfer in first attempt. If you are damn serious about getting a termination show it. If you can't do it then sorry, there is no other way out, unless you hire a thug to kill him.. ;) Don't do that.. :P
tell him in clear words or go on strike or tell your parents to talk to him or tell him u r leaving ca or parent got transfered. Everything is fare in love & war & this is transfer. u have to take a decision.
