Re- registration in same principal

I am getting my articleship in jaipur under a firm, my principal is leaving the firm and will work as a sole propritor in future.

i am also want to take transfer from current firm and want to go with my principal. so is there  requirement to fill form No. 109 in this case???

and whether institute allows to re register under same principal after getting transfer????
