One of my friend wants to re-join the CA he completed his training only 8 to 9 year before what is the processor

more details like he left after completing ca inter or after final 1group... in icai website there is form for converting fill it and send

It seems he was in pe-1 or 2 scheme. First of all he needs to re validate his registration. Form is available in the website. After that he has to reg for ipcc i guess. And thereafter normal procedures as are in existence. He may get credit of his earlier articleship also
