i have enteres all puchases in purchase registe by creatining stock items now it was all in the closining stock.
it must me as purchases only how to clear

Need to pass the purchase entry through F-9 key
ramesh sir i have done the same in p&l it is showing in purchases aswellas it is showining in the closining stock
what i want is it shoud shaow in closining stock
Go to F-11 Accounting configuration and set " Integration accounts& inventory " option as "yes" and try

Author asking about Construction company details. in contruction it will not apply Manufactring process. it will be under purchases only. Author clearly mentioned it will be " purchases only.". so i concluded as it is viewing problem in p&l account. anyway its great Mr.Jha`s different view in the issue..

IN GENRAL For Purchases WE WILL NOT CREATE STOCK ITEMS IN OUR TALLY I TOUGT IT IS A LEADGER AND CREATED ALL THE STOCK ITEMS SO WHAT I WANT IS ALL PURCHASES LIKE CEMENT ,IRON SHOULD BE SHOWN IN PUCHASE ACCOUNT ONLY.THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY CLOSINING STOCK.
IN GENRAL WE WILL NOT TRANSFER ANY STOCK MOVINING ENTRIES.. thanks for all
