For ESI due date is 21st of next month
For PF due date is 15th of next month

PF Due date is 15 of next month. (5 days Grace period is available but it is considered as delay payment)
ESI Due date is 21st of next month.

for PT, different states have different slabs. and each state has different due dates. Its better if u mention the state also for PT...
