Respected Sir/Madam,
We had amended ST-2 of one of our Clients online(on 12-10-2011) but failed to submit hard copy of the same within 7 days. Now the Department is refusing to accept the hard copy.
So we tried to re-amend ST-2 online but site shows 'There is no record for amendment as ST1 Amended ' as message.
Kindly tell us what to do now.

online amendment is just a process to submit the amendment,
you can file physical amendment offline ( in ST-1) with original copy of ST-2, to department without going through ACES, with all requisite documents, and the same would be amended and effcted in your aces account.

I happened to file the hard copy of ST1 after 3 months the same was accepted in Bangalore. I dont see an issue with this.

Recenctly I got ST-2 by email from ACES. Also I didnt submit hard copy of ST-1(amended) to department at all.
