Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) and Place of Supply (POS) for goods transported from Delhi to Uttar Pradesh. When a Delhi-based transporter with a branch in UP issues separate bills for the movement and delivery, the RCM applies to the amount actually paid to the transporter. The POS is determined by the location of the recipient, which is UP in this case, and RCM should be paid as IGST.

Kahne ka matalab Delhi se goods movement hua wo up pahuncha Delhi ka hi transporter hai aur uski branch up mein bhi hi hai Delhi ki builty mein 678 aur up wali delivery receipt mein 760

Rcm kispe jama kroo aur pos kya hoga

Rcm should be igst

RCM is applicable on that amount which you are going to pay to the transporter and record in the books.

Jo actual bill banega jiska payment aap transporter ko karoge but bill record karega transporter in gst 2b uske hisab se hi karna padega.....

Sir 2b mein nahi ata
