i am registered in gst, i have received a rent and collect the gst and that gst i have paid, but how can i have paid RCM already i have paid 18% gst than again i have to paid RCM or what?

If GST under forward charge is collected by supplier, RCM over the same supply is not applicable...
RCM APPLICABLE ON RENT IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVED GST INVOICE.
Under commercial property rental income then forward charge applicable if it's residence property rental income this case rcm Applicable
