Sir do we need to upload info about inward supply received from URP in GSTR 4?

no, it's optional to show 4A, 4B, 4C and 4D in GSTR-4
No,... only inward supply on which you have paid against RCM
Purchase with Reverse charge and unregistered purchase are compulsory required to be shown in gstr 4.
B2B purchase is not compulsory and no need to be shown in gstr4.
