rcm applicable for composition dealer
if normal tax payer purchase from composition dealer the rim will be applicable for normal tax payer. plz suggest and define the section also.

No RCM when supply from composite dealer to RD or URD or CD
SIR composition dealer not charging any tax it's means registered dealer pay the RCM? is it wrong? plz give the section also
if normal supplier purchase from composite supplier no gst pay by the normal supplier under RCM as per section 9(4) of the cost act 2017
