Hi,
A friend of mine wants to open a company in the USA. It will be owned by him directly and is not a subsdiary of his company in India as he doesnt have a company here.
Is there any RBI approval required to open a company abroad in the case of Individuals ?

I have already checked that. Does it mean that an Indian cannot start a foreign company ?
