Rate for duty drawback
for one product, All Industry rate for duty drawback is prescribed as : 1% without Cenvat and 0.15% with Cenvat. Company is purchasing material under B1 bond. On which rate company can claim duty drawback ?

Benefit of Duty drawback and benefit of cenvat credit cannot be availed at the same time. So it is upto company that which benefit is more beneficial to it.
If company wants to have cenvat credit in books then go for dbk equal to .15% orelse opt for second option.
No company is not claiming Cenvat credit.. but purchasing material under B1 bond. Can it claim duty drawback ?
