krishi kalyan cess is effective from 1.6.2016 whereas for the nov exam any notification up to 30th april 2016 is only applicable.. n krishi kalyan cess was notifies in may.. therefore it will not be applicable for nov exam... effective rate 14℅+0.5℅

I agree with archana ji. Notification regarding kkc was published in may. Therefore its not applicable for nov exam. Thus effective rate eill be 14%+0.5%.

I agree with Archana, what I have stated was "effective rate of service tax for Nov 2016". Since it was not mentioned in the query and I am not aware that "for the nov exam any notification up to 30th april 2016 is only applicable" therefore the effective rate of Service for Nov, 2016 (including KKC) was given in my reply. Thanks.
