Yes, I think they modifying the result

But tell me one thing that they are increasing it or decreasing?

I think decreasing as students got more to study  due postponement of exam, result must have been high; So they are trying to decreasing it

Its not the case if Mr President is to be believed as he said in orientation that he was increasing the psssing %ge :)
