let me know which book is good for direct and indirect taxation in brief. I am a lawyer and i don't have so much time to study in depth and my course Master in business law boesn't required depth knowledge in this subject.

For depth knowledge Girish Ahuja and for Just knowledge or not have much time then Ajay Jain....both are author and teachers of Tax (Direct/indirect).
