Query relating to date of commencement of training

My CS Management Training started from 12th September, 2011 with J. V. Gokal & Company Pvt. Ltd.n then my previous employer and transferred me to another group company named as JV Roulements International Pvt. Ltd. ason 19th October, 2011 with Certificate of transfer and NOC. But before all this, i was already register with ICSI for training with previous employer then i again applied for registration with my second company and even i have submitted Certificate of termination and NOC also so that my training continues. But i got three registration letter from ICSI for registration of training i.e.

1. Registration date 12.09.2011 with previous company J. V.Gokal and Company Pvt. Ltd.

2. Registration on 19.10.2012 with second company JVRoulements International Pvt. Ltd.

3. Registration on 19.10.2011 with previous employer J. V.Gokal and Company Pvt. Ltd.

Kindly try to solve my query because my training will get over within 6 months and i still dont know the exact date. I am eagerly waiting for your reply.
