A private Limited company was incorporated in the month of October 2019 however company not able to start it's business. Now wants to close.
My query is - Whether balance sheet needs to prepared as on 31.03.2020 and accounts get audited

Financial statement needs with duly signed by chartered accountant
then file the form STK-2 with rs 10000 and with others document and close your company
