I HAVE COMPLETED MY ARTICLESHIP BUT I HAVE YET NOT PASSED CA FINAL. IS IT NECESSARY TO FILE FORM 112 TO JOIN OTHER COURSE OF STUDY AFTER COMPLETION OF ARTICLESHIP BUT BEFORE PASSING CA FINAL OR NOT?

Dear raksha,
If u have succesfully completed your artcleship,then its not mandatory for you to fill 112 to join another course,but its beneficial for you in another sense,whenever you cleared your CA final and then applying for Membership and COP, then its necessary to show that you are doing another course or not.
because if you are adding any new degree to your CV or in your profile, then its must aslo in institute's database....
pls tell me immediately that transfer of working parent inculds or not "changing of job by elder brother in which i depend.???????????

acactually i am depending on my elder brother in delhi but now he is getting a new job in lucknow and shift them.so i want to transfer from articleship and also i want to know that his offer letter will be sufficient or not for transfer from articleship?????????
