Query regarding transfer of articleship.!

Hi friends..

Please resolve this query of mine.

I am an article serving second year of articleship with one among the big 4 in Bangalore, India. However I want a transfer to my home town and would like to continue the remaining period of articleship in a mid sized firm as I strongly feel that I need the experience of working in a relatively smaller firm and to learn the nuances of the same.

Since ICAI permits transfer of articleship beyond 1st year only on specific grounds, please suggest how can I go about the same. I am all confused regarding how to proceed about it.

i also have the same question.and whether a ca firm other than big 4 can take a person as industrial trainee in the third year?

you can move for Industrial training only after completion of articalship of 2 years as period of industrial training can ranged from 9months to 12 months

but the time schedule in industrial training are very hectic, so the decision of industrial training must be taken only after due care of timing(period for preparation) for final's study as in industrial training normally 1month- 2 months leave given for study.
