Dear Friends,
Iam going to complete my tybcom in march 2010. Presently i stay in mumbai and doing my articleship. After completion of tybcom iam planning to go to my native place in tamil nadhu and continue my articleship. So can i take transfer mentioning this reason, I have seen the exceptions on ban on transfer has this reason included.

I think YES. Shifting from one state to another is a good reason to get trasfer. You should apply to the institute.
they wont let u do that till one of your parents get transferred......... or try secondment.... but i came to know that secondment is also being scrutinised heavily...
How to apply for transfer to the institute??? Please help...
