i want to apply fot transfer of articleship in near future. i am afriad that if my request got rejected my employer will create more problem for me and make my life hell. so please share your exp do institute inform employer by sending cc to employer rearding approval/denial of my request. i wanna request t for transfer without prior intimation to employer.

Under the current system, if you seek a transfer, then you must first submit a plain paper application along with supporting documents to the ICAI.
I've been told by the ICAI that it can take about a month for the approval/rejection. You will be informed by phone, email or post.
The Institute will not inform your Principal and no "cc" will be sent. This process is meant to avoid exactly the awkward situation you mention.
It is better if you can get this application signed by your principal. But in your case that does not seem possible. Still you can go ahead without his sign.

You should read the Institute's announcement that contain the grounds available for a valid transfer. You can only get a transfer if you satisfy one of those conditions.
Write an application stating your desire for a transfer stating the reason for the same. The application should clearly mention your name, Regn No, Address, phone no. and email.
This written application along with the supporting documentary proof, needs to be submitted by you at the Insitute. Be sure to take a photocopy along to get a stamp receipt.
