Query regarding stipend

Hi friends,

i have just passed my IPCC may'12 and even before the results were out i joined a CA firm as paid assistant. They are paying me 6000/- and they will pay me the same 6k even if i continue as articles.

But, my problem here is they will pay me the same stipend for the next 3 yrs and they justify it by saying that since they are paying more than what institute has prescribed so they will continue with the same amount for the next three yrs.

Kindly advise me what to do.

Further, can I take a transfer after working for some time ??

You are atleast being paid 6000.I am being paid only 2500 for all 3yrs.By the way i dont think stipend is of primary importance while undergoing articleship.But if its opposite in your case then you may sign form 109 within 1yr from the date you signed your articleship deed
