A Proprietorship Contractor Firm has been incorporated as a Pvt Ltd Company now board want:-
1) All Enlishment in the various Govt deptt in the name Prop firm to the name of Pvt ltd company
2) Want to give Power of Attorney to their staff for the purposes of business
3) all other formalities
How to take resolution? please provide me a draft resolution.
You have to make business purchase agreement mentioning that the propitery business is taken over by company and in that agreement you can incorporate that all establishment in future will be use by company.
