Please help me for the following Issue Regarding Articleship :
Date of Affidavid : 14 / 05 / 2013
Date of Filling 102/103 Form : 16 / 05 / 2013
Date of Regiastration As per Registration letter of ICAI : 30 / 10 / 2013
Date of registration as per institute is late because I have not compleeted Orientation program.
Now, for calculation of articleship period which date should be considered.
If Date of registration as per ICAI (i.e 30 / 10 / 2013) should considered than, whether the period served from 16 / 05 / 2013 to 30 / 10 / 2013 can be claimed as deduction or comp off.
Kindly help ASAP.
