Dear Friends
My articleship got completed on 15th October, 2014. I have sent the 108 form duly signed to the ICAI. However, I have to serve an extension of upto 90 days. From 16th October, 2014 I have started doing my extension under another CA.
But since I have to appear for my CA Final exams in November, I dont have enough time to complete the formalities. My Questions are:
1) What other forms do I have to fill up to complete my extension period under another CA? (which I have started but not yet done the formalities)
2) Can I complete these formalities after my exams get over on 21st November, 2014? Or is there a time period within which the required forms need to be sent?
3) Also should I wait for the ICAI's letter confirming the exact number of days for which I have to serve the extension?
Kindly solve my queries as it is creating stress for me during studies as well.
