Quick Summary
A veterinary doctor is inquiring about registering under the composition scheme, as they provide both medicine sales and laboratory services. The core question is whether the tax rate will be 1% or 6%, and if they fall under the category of a service provider or trader. The discussion highlights the complexity of applying different tax rates within a single composition scheme and suggests choosing a primary supply category.

I don't know how its possible...

Bcoz,

A Doctor can't act a Medicine seller and Laboratory service...!!!
Pay 1% on medicine selling and 6% on laboratory service and he will be covered under both service and trader
How can we pay tax at two different rates under composition scheme? We have to choose one major supply i.e. supply of services or supply of goods.
