Dear Sir,
I am PCC student. On paper i have completed my articleship on 10h june 2010. I have worked for excess hours over & above institutes minimum hours of articleship ( i.e. 35 hours per week). At the same time i have taken excess leave (i.e. over 180 days) Can institute charge me extension for excess leave, even though i have completed hours committment?
Actual Data :
Expected hours of work in 3 & 1/2 years as per Institute - 5480
Actual hours worked in 3 & 1/2 years - 6000
Excess hours worked - 520
Allowable leave as per Institute in days - 180
Actual Leave Taken in days - 250
Excess leave taken - 70
Please help me regarding above query. If possible suggest me suitable calculation.
